Yes, Tachogram sells card readers that are guaranteed to be compatible with our app. Two versions are available - for Android and iOS devices. Note that tacho card readers are not included in any subscription. Head to the Supported Devices page to learn more.
Tachogram has a fixed subscription price, regardless of how often or which features you use. However, you can choose the billing period - longer ones cost less. For example, you can pay EUR 3.99 every month, or EUR 17.94, which covers 6 months in one payment. That's EUR 2.99 per month- a much better deal.
Your monthly invoice entirely depends on the number of active drivers connected to your account, regardless of features used or user seats. Normally, it's EUR 3.99 per month per driver, but we offer discounts to larger fleets - contact us for details.
In addition to managers, a company can create a user seat for each individual driver, so they can see their own activities, infringements, rest times and more.
However, drivers can also sign up for Tachogram with a separate (private) account. This is especially useful if a company hasn't created user seats for employees, but drivers still want to make sure they're compliant with the EU rules and that the company's wage calculations or any infringement comments are valid.
